This elegant iced coffee is a summertime favorite. Made by shaking a shot of espresso with ice and sugar in a cocktail shaker, the shakerato is poured into a chilled martini glass and topped with a layer of frothy crema.
Tip: Ask for “senza zucchero” (without sugar) if you prefer your coffee unsweetened.
