4Villa Torlonia

Villa Torlonia is a lesser-known but fascinating villa located in the Nomentano district of Rome. Once the residence of the Torlonia family and later Mussolini, the villa is surrounded by beautiful gardens and several unique buildings.

The Casino Nobile, the main house, features lavish interiors and a museum with art and historical exhibits. The whimsical Casina delle Civette (House of the Owls) is particularly intriguing, with its stained glass windows and eclectic design. The surrounding park is perfect for a leisurely stroll, away from the crowded city center.
