3Würzburg Residence

The Würzburg Residence is a masterpiece of Baroque architecture and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Built in the 18th century, this palace is known for its opulent interior, grand staircase, and the stunning Court Garden. The highlight, however, is the ceiling fresco by Giovanni Battista Tiepolo in the grand staircase, often described as an artistic representation of heaven.
