2Devil’s Pool, Victoria Falls, Zambia/Zimbabwe

Described by the Zambia tourist board as the “ultimate infinity pool”, the ominously named Devil’s Pool sits right at the top of the thunderous Victoria Falls which the Zambezi River flows down.

Swimmers take the plunge at their own risk – one wrong move and they could plunge from the precarious rock pool and down a sheer precipice into one of the world’s largest waterfalls.
