Here you can have an essay on the cuisine of Enrico Bartolini, a talented Tuscan chef who has managed to immerse himself in the lagoon cuisine by marrying raw materials of the deep-rooted Venetian tradition to precious other ingredients. Three tastings are available: the smallest has 8 courses, including welcome and pre dessert.
