7There Are Serious Security Warnings for Your Destination

Security concerns should never be dismissed, especially when official authorities issue specific warnings about travelling to particular areas.

Terrorism-related threats, violent incidents and heightened security alerts can affect individual cities, neighbourhoods or public events. Major tourist attractions, transport hubs, religious buildings and large gatherings may receive additional security attention.

Check the latest travel advice issued by your country’s foreign ministry and follow local authorities’ instructions. If officials recommend avoiding a particular area or postponing non-essential travel, take that advice seriously.
