Plaka is the island’s capital which sits high above Milos. At the very top of the small town is the ancient Venetian castle ruins dating back to the 13th century.

As it’s also the highest sitting village on Milos, you’ll be able to see the entire island from here! This makes going to Plaka one of the best things to do in Milos for sunset.
